Return and Refund Policy

We have a period for returns of 14 calendar days from the date on which the transport company delivered your order to the address indicated when making the purchase. To start the return process you must contact the store via email info@threehillssb.com

PRODUCT CONDITIONS

Swimwear and accessories NO changes or returns are accepted.

The returned products must be returned in optimal conditions, without traces of having been used and with the original labels. It must also be in its original packaging.

Upon receiving the products in our store we will verify their conditions and status. Based on the results, a new product will be sent to you, a coupon for a new purchase will be given to you, or your money will be refunded through the same payment method used in the order, whichever you prefer.

The shipping costs that may be generated in this process will be borne by the customer. The amount may vary depending on the weight of the product and the geographical location in which you are.

Returns have an approximate processing time of 10 business days.

The customer may return any product that presents factory defects at no cost. Transportation costs that entail a return for reasons other than factory defects will be covered by the customer.
